Safety and Health of Our Patients

As the founder, CEO, and beloved member of the REGENCare family I personally want to let you know that the safety and health of our patients, their families and my staff remains my highest priority. I would like to update you on the steps my practice and staff is taking to protect you and your health in light of the COVID-19 situation.    We are taking the following measures, in addition to our usual and customary safety protocols, to protect our patients and staff:
  1.   We will continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We have increased the frequency of disinfecting and cleaning in all areas of our office, exam and treatment rooms.
  1.   We are asking all patients that have recently traveled, recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are showing signs and/or symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath to contact our office and reschedule their appointment.
*Please note, anyone experiencing such symptoms and/or running a fever will be unable to enter our clinics at this time. Temperature will be taken on all individuals at the door and anyone who has a temperature of 99.6 or higher will not be allowed inside. We appreciate your understanding in this matter due to the safety of our staff and patients always being our number one priority.
  1.   We are converting ALL follow up in-office appointments to virtual appointments (Telehealth/FaceTime/Skype/Phone) at this time and will also be rescheduling certain therapies to later times/dates to ensure extra precaution is taken to clean all medical equipment and rooms thoroughly between patient visits.
  1.   If you must be seen in the office we are maximizing social distancing and will be escorting patients directly to and from the exam room.
  1.   We are asking that patients help us limit the number of visitors to our office by limiting the appointment to a patient only visit if at all possible. Please make prior arrangements as children will not be allowed to accompany patients into the office. We are happy to transport patients via wheelchair from the car into the office and back if necessary.
  1.   We are instructing staff to welcome our patients with a nod or wave instead of fist bumps, elbow bumps, or handshakes.
  1.   We are requiring all patients and staff members to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer when entering the office and exam rooms.
  1.   We are currently performing all scheduled regenerative medicine “stem cell” treatments and consultations in the office. We are committed to following federal, state and local guidelines and will make any additional changes if necessary and as directed.

For more information, follow this link to listen to my radio episode where I talk all things related to the current COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation and how at REGENCare, being the leaders of regenerative medicine, we even offer therapies that offer PREVENTATIVE measures to keep your immune system healthy in order to fight off disease. 1. The therapies I discuss include our allograft injections that have been shown in research to boost your immune system and even potentially fight against the Coronavirus. We provide a high dose immune system boosting IV bag that will give you a higher dose of all of the essential vitamins and minerals to fight off infection. Our Prism Light Pod will give your body a healthy dose of Vitamin D as well as all the benefits of being out under the sun without the harmful UV Rays. Our hyperbaric oxygen chamber provides a pure high dose oxygenated environment for your body which viruses cannot thrive in and boosts stem cell/immune function. To learn more, please call our office for a phone consultation at 678-206-2388.
In addition I would like to share an interesting and informative youtube video for a creative and harmless way to potentially help fight the Coronavirus:    For more, please refer back to our first email blast related to the COVID-19 / Coronavirus situation for the CDC recommended steps to help protect yourself and others, in addition to natural remedies we advise to boost your immune system. You can also always find up-to-date and accurate information on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.   Most importantly, please self-isolate per the CDC guidelines if you have been exposed to the virus and/or self-quarantine if you have tested positive for the virus.    Lastly, and as we have mentioned before: we understand the overwhelming fear and panic that this outbreak has caused across the globe, BUT please remember that panicking about a pandemic raises stress levels, which actually hurts your immune system and makes you more vulnerable to infections. Techniques to soothe stress include laughter, diaphragmatic breathing, prayer and/or meditation, and listening to calming music.   If you have any questions or concerns, please call the office at 678-206-2388 and we will be glad to answer any and all questions you may have. I am hopeful that this crisis will pass soon and we will all get through it in good health.   If you have questions, please feel free to contact our office!   With my best regards, Dr. Richard Ambrozic
